2.- ORIOL PALAU - THE OTHERS

Oriol Palau has the two chairs where he used to rest, shattered after hours of dancing in the club Scorpia, in his house. When the legendary ‘Central del Sonido’ closed, he rescued them so he could have a tiny bit of history in his living room.

5.- BALAGO / WOODEN GUN

We sent Balago a zip folder with the mp3 stems they had to use for the remix and a couple of weeks later they sent a “small golden widget” (it wasn’t real gold because it was to light, but it wasn’t tin or bronze either). Going over the front surface of the object we found 5 holes, used for ventilation, the air came in and out creating a vibration between these tiny metal membranes that were held by the their tips on one side and loose on the other. Both sides were decorated with small incrustations of different coloured glass enamel, giving it a quite harmonious finishing. We really like the result of what they have done.

- It would be great if Híbrida, Nen i Cavall did a remix of “El Crani i la Serp”.
- That’s impossible, nobodies ever seen them before and the legend says that don’t even exist, they are some kind of sorting algorithm that do random shuffles in function to I don’t know what. We shouldn’t even try, we’ll never be able to have a remix by Híbrida, Nen i Cavall.
